XO Co. was founded to fill the many gaps that often occur in high-end events involving talent. Responsibilities typically passed through various sources—managers, publicists, talent reps, and brand reps—can lead to a fragmented experience. XO Co. creates a seamless and cohesive experience that significantly enhances the value of these events. The company ensures that talent feels comfortable and protected amidst the numerous requests they receive.

Freya Grant, the founder of XO & Co., recognized the need to streamline event logistics and enhance the experience of talent at these events to truly impact the objectives targeted by brands and organizations. Often, those involved in these experiences focus either on the brand side or the talent side, with few efforts to create cohesion and maximize the situation for all. Freya wanted to bring together all elements of the events and attendees, not just focusing on logistics or guest lists but truly enhancing them. She saw many opportunities to do more or enhance experiences and talent appearances that were missed because they didn’t fit into categories like PR or because the brand side lacked the bandwidth to activate them.

At XO Co., the goal is to ensure that clients feel safe to embrace the experience, joyful at the opportunity to interact with others, and to make meaningful connections and memory-making moments. Clients should feel comfortable, as if they are among friends, and able to attend experiences with ease and enjoyment.

Freya Grant is the visionary founder of XO Co., bringing over two decades of expertise in high-end event planning, talent coordination, and VIP hospitality. As the Senior Vice President of Events and Celebrity Relations at The Madison Square Garden Company, Freya led the strategic planning, development, and execution of over 350 marquee events. Her tenure included managing VIP and celebrity experiences at iconic venues such as Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, and the Beacon Theater.

Prior to this, Freya was a Senior Account Manager at Hemming+Gilman Productions, where she managed high-profile events for clients like the New York Yankees and the United Way of New York City. Freya's innovative approach and meticulous attention to detail have positioned XO Co. as the premier choice for seamless, unforgettable events. Her extensive network of personal relationships with top-tier talent and executives across sports, hospitality, and entertainment industries allows her to integrate every aspect of an event with unparalleled strategy and precision.
